Description of the App

bearPodcast is a macOS menu bar podcast player that helps users subscribe to public podcast RSS feeds, manage podcast playback, read shownotes, navigate with timestamps or chapters, and organize listening activity.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use bearPodcast for personal or internal lawful use.

Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use bearPodcast in compliance with applicable law
• Use only podcast feeds and content that you are permitted to access
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the app or related services
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law

bearPodcast displays and plays content provided by third-party podcast publishers, RSS feeds, and media hosts. The developer of bearPodcast does not own or control that third-party content.

You understand and agree that:

No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

bearPodcast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party podcast source.
